Request Dragon Raid account or data deletion

Without opening the game, email support@currenture.com with subject Dragon Raid data deletion request. Identify Dragon Raid and describe the request. We verify control proportionately and arrange a secure way to locate relevant records. Do not email passwords, Google identity tokens, raw purchase tokens, private reward-recovery capabilities or payment details.

When enabled, the secure purchase-data portal is https://dragon-raid-receipts.currenture.com/account/deletion. In the game, open Settings > About > Purchase data, connect the Google account used for purchases, choose Review purchase-data deletion, read the warning and confirm separately. Signing in or preparing a request deletes nothing. Canceling sends no deletion confirmation. Use support if the service is unavailable.

Resolve unfinished deliveries first: uncredited consumables can become unrecoverable. Confirmed deletion removes account-linked raw identifiers, profile references, purchase tokens, offers, grants and restoration journals across linked Dragon Raid purchase profiles. Local progress, gold and owned benefits remain; new purchase verification and restoration stop for that connection.

Limited keyed pseudonymous principal and transaction-safety markers remain for at least thirty-one days after active deletion. Cleanup waits for independent erasure verification and the database recovery window. Bounded processing, outages or unresolved recovery can extend storage. Cloudflare SQLite recovery history can retain previous database states for up to thirty additional days. The privacy notice explains the finite cleanup policy and separate reward/provider records.

A connection failure is not proof of deletion. Check interrupted requests after sign-in. Deletion does not delete a Google account, Play history, local saves or separate ad/Analytics records, request a refund or replenish supplies. Android app-storage controls remove local saves; keep any supported backup first. Currenture cannot remotely erase an exclusively local save.

Withdraw optional statistics and reopen required ad privacy choices through their separate native controls. A local reset does not erase historical provider records. Contact support for reward records, access, correction, deletion or retention questions; applicable rights and legal deadlines remain.
