Currenture LLC provides Dragon Raid. Contact support@currenture.com for privacy questions. Dragon Raid is in prerelease development and has not been released on Google Play. This notice describes local play and the optional services integrated for qualification. Publishing this notice does not activate an unavailable service. Core play works offline without purchase sign-in or optional statistics.
Audience and separate choices
Dragon Raid is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older, not children under 13. This does not establish adulthood. Advertising retains conservative restricted treatment for unknown age and applicable teen and privacy protections. Terms acceptance, advertising choices, optional purchase sign-in and optional statistics are separate. Native purchase sign-in requires a separate local adult eligibility choice. Free play does not require purchase sign-in.
Local information
Your device stores kingdom progress, experience, abilities, levels, gold, supplies, preferences, active expeditions, accepted-Terms records and purchase and reward journals. Earned and purchased gold remain separate. Ordinary play does not upload full saves, flight paths or raw input histories. Uninstalling, clearing app storage or losing the device can remove local progress. Restoring permanent ownership does not restore a kingdom, spent gold or supplies or repeat an original purchase basket. Preserve any supported backup and verify its replacement before removing the original.
Advertising and rewarded respec
When enabled and permitted, Google AdMob processes network addresses that can indicate approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics and device or account identifiers to provide and measure ads and prevent fraud. Processing depends on actual serving settings, age treatment and applicable consent. Google UMP supplies applicable consent and privacy options. Reopen available advertising privacy choices in Settings. Declining personalization does not necessarily prevent all permitted advertising or all processing. Android provides advertising-identifier controls. Terms acceptance is not advertising consent.
Automatic ads occur at bounded breaks after returning to the nest, not during flight or on launch. Dragon Sovereign removes automatic ads; optional rewarded ads remain. An optional rewarded ad provides one ability-respec credit. It does not buy experience or levels. Availability and verified completion are required; declining or canceling does not change the ability build.
Currenture’s Cloudflare-hosted reward service processes a random attempt reference, signed Google completion evidence, ad-unit and placement references, reward type and amount, issue and completion times, validation and once-only delivery state. The app keeps private recovery information locally. These records verify rewards and recover interrupted delivery; they are separate from Google purchase sign-in and gameplay statistics. Do not send a recovery capability to support by ordinary email. Google maintains its own records under https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads and https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Purchases and optional Google sign-in
Google Play processes checkout; Currenture does not receive payment-card details. Product availability, actual store prices and contents appear before checkout. A completed matching Google Play transaction must be verified before value is granted. Refunds or revocations can remove affected paid benefits or paid value without confiscating earned experience, levels or earned gold. Purchased gold and supplies are separate from carried raid loot at risk of defeat or theft. Restoring a permanent product does not repeat its one-time contents.
If you choose purchase sign-in, Google’s interface identifies the account and information it shares. The identity token remains in app memory for authenticated receipt operations; Currenture does not ask for your Google password or retain the raw sign-in token, name, email or profile picture in its receipt database. No Google identity token is sent to Analytics. Disconnecting stops the current app connection; it is separate from deleting server records.
The Cloudflare-hosted HTTPS receipt service processes the Google account subject identifier, a random local purchase-profile namespace, package and product references, purchase tokens, verified order and purchase-state information, account binding, quoted offers, grant and entitlement facts, and request times. It checks Google Play, prevents duplicate fulfillment, recovers interrupted verification and settlement, and supports permanent ownership restoration and revocation checks. It does not host the full kingdom or a transferable online wallet. Production purchase verification and deletion remain unavailable while service qualification is incomplete; an unavailable service does not establish payment, delivery or deletion success.
Optional play statistics
Statistics start off at each cold launch. Native controls require a separate current opt-in and adult declaration; under 18 and unknown eligibility cannot opt in. The age answer stays in memory and is not an event parameter or an advertising eligibility decision. Declining statistics does not block free play, separately permitted ads or purchases.
Google Analytics for Firebase receives bounded custom events about raid outcomes, progression, ability choices, active time, committed economy changes and service outcomes. Custom events exclude names, email, age answers, precise location, account or profile identifiers, raw receipts, purchase tokens, orders, full saves, raw input histories and free text. The SDK can separately process app-instance, session, device, app, network and approximate regional information and automatic lifecycle or purchase events under Google’s policies; reports are not a promise of anonymity. Analytics advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization are denied. Advertising-ID collection and automatic screen reporting are disabled.
Authorized SDK uploads can retry after connectivity returns. Turning statistics off stops new custom dispatch, disables collection and requests a local Analytics reset. No custom events from a denied period are buffered by the game’s observer for a later opt-in. A local reset does not erase historical provider records. Advertising consent, a purchase connection and historical data-deletion requests have separate controls.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until removed through app or device controls, subject to retained backups. Android Settings > Apps > Dragon Raid > Storage offers local storage removal; labels vary by device. Keep any supported export you need first. Clearing local storage does not remove server records, Google accounts, Play history or provider backups, request a refund or replenish spent supplies. Currenture cannot remotely erase a save stored only on your device.
Pending reward receipts become eligible for bounded cleanup seven days after issuance; verified or applied receipts become eligible after ninety days. Outages or bounded cleanup can delay removal. Cloudflare operational, security and database recovery histories are separate and may retain earlier states. An email address alone does not identify a pseudonymous reward attempt; support can arrange proportionate secure verification when needed.
Receipt records remain while needed for fulfillment, ownership, integrity, unresolved delivery, legal obligations or disputes. Expired or abandoned offers and deletion-request records become eligible for bounded cleanup after thirty days, subject to unresolved state and recovery requirements. These are not universal deadlines for every provider record.
To request purchase-data deletion in the game, open Settings > About > Purchase data. Connect the Google account used for purchases, choose Review purchase-data deletion, read the warning and confirm separately. Signing in or preparing a request deletes nothing; canceling sends no deletion confirmation. Resolve unfinished deliveries first: uncredited consumables can become unrecoverable. If the service is unavailable, use the support route below. The web route at https://dragon-raid-receipts.currenture.com/account/deletion provides the same separate review and confirmation when enabled.
Confirmed deletion removes account-linked raw identifiers, profile references, purchase tokens, offers, grants and restoration journals across linked Dragon Raid purchase profiles. It keeps local kingdom progress, gold and owned benefits; new purchase verification and restoration stop for that deleted connection. Limited keyed pseudonymous principal and transaction-safety markers remain for at least thirty-one days after active deletion. Cleanup also waits for independent erasure verification and the database recovery window; bounded processing, outages or unresolved recovery can extend storage. These safeguards have no raw Google subject or raw purchase token. Cloudflare SQLite recovery history can retain previous database states for up to thirty additional days. This is a finite cleanup policy, not a promise that every record disappears on day thirty-one.
A connection failure is not proof of deletion. An interrupted confirmed request remains fenced from new receipt operations until its status is checked after sign-in. Deletion does not delete your Google account or Google Play history, request a refund, or erase separate ad or Analytics records. Use the separate native controls to withdraw optional statistics and reopen required ad privacy choices.
Without opening the game, email support@currenture.com with subject “Dragon Raid data deletion request”, or follow https://currenture.com/games/dragon-raid/data-deletion/. Identify Dragon Raid and describe the information or connection involved. We verify requests proportionately and arrange a secure way to locate relevant records. Do not email passwords, Google identity tokens, raw purchase tokens, private recovery capabilities or payment details.
The current Analytics property has event-data retention set to two months and user-data retention to fourteen months, with user retention reset on new activity. These provider settings do not apply to all aggregated reports or imply a universal deletion deadline. Local withdrawal is separate from requesting historical provider deletion. Website, support and rights
Cloudflare hosts Currenture’s website and reward and receipt services and processes network and security information to operate them. Opening an email link uses your email provider. Support processes information you choose to send to answer requests, investigate service or security issues and meet legal obligations. Support information remains while needed for those purposes, followed by deletion or minimization, subject to lawful retention. Providers can process information in other countries under applicable safeguards and their own policies. Currenture does not sell gameplay save files.
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of relevant information, withdraw optional consent and raise a concern with the appropriate regulator. Contact support@currenture.com and identify Dragon Raid. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful retention exception.
