Scrap Circuit privacy policy

Privacy policy, purchase verification, contact and data-handling information for Scrap Circuit.

Publisher and scope

Currenture LLC provides Scrap Circuit. Contact support@currenture.com for privacy questions or requests, identifying Scrap Circuit. This policy describes local game information, advertising and rewarded-ad verification where those features are enabled, optional Google-connected purchase verification, and related website and support services. The game remains in development and has not been released on Google Play. Features can differ by build and region; publishing this policy does not activate an unavailable feature. The advertising and reward-verification sections explain the processing used by an ad-enabled build.

Information on your device

Scrap Circuit stores campaign and hunt progress, preferences, earned salvage, equipment and inventory on your device to operate the game and continue play. Local agreement records, when an agreement is offered, identify the accepted Terms, their version and text hash, the game/build, agreement UI and device-reported time. Accepted text and earlier receipts remain available through the game’s legal-record functions. Agreement records are separate from advertising consent; no account or additional personal identifier is introduced solely to record assent.

Campaign progress stays local. The optional purchase connection described below does not provide cloud saves or a gameplay-upload service. Local gameplay information is not automatically attached to support correspondence. Google Play, Android and device services can process information under their own policies when you use them.

Local retention and removal

Local progress and preferences remain until removed or replaced through the game’s actual controls or Android app-storage controls. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove local progress, transaction journals and agreement records; ordinary updates are intended to preserve them. Store purchase restoration is separate from progress recovery. Android/device backups or retained recovery copies, if present, have their own controls; uninstalling does not guarantee every backup is removed. Currenture cannot recover an exclusively local save that has never been provided to us. See data-deletion instructions.

Advertising and purchases

Ads help fund this game. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose whether to watch an available ad for the reward described in the game. Declining an optional rewarded ad does not require giving up core play. Other ad formats may be offered by the game; availability depends on the build, your choices, region and ad supply.

When Google AdMob is enabled, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK processes and shares network addresses that can indicate approximate location; app and ad interactions such as launches, taps and video views; performance and diagnostic information; and device or account identifiers, including advertising ID and app set ID where permitted. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement and analytics, and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit. Collection depends on the actual SDK settings, age treatment, consent and features; choosing non-personalized ads does not mean no information is processed. See Google’s advertising information and privacy policy.

An ad-enabled build requests the applicable privacy choices through Google’s User Messaging Platform before requesting ads where required. Required choices can be reopened through the game’s Settings or privacy menu. You can change or withdraw advertising consent using the available controls, and manage advertising identifiers through Android settings. Declining personalization may still permit non-personalized or limited ads; some choices or requirements can prevent ads from being available. Accepting Terms or reading this policy is not consent to tracking.

Real checkout is not enabled by this policy. If purchases become available, Google Play handles checkout. Purchase references and entitlement/delivery records are used to supply items, prevent duplicate grants, restore supported ownership and handle refunds. Local progress and consumed items are not automatically restored from a purchase receipt. Currenture does not receive payment-card details. The optional purchase-verification service is described below; it does not restore consumed supplies or a lost campaign save.

Rewarded-ad verification and recovery

When you choose an available rewarded ad with server verification enabled, the app sends a random offer reference and a separate private recovery capability to Currenture’s HTTPS service hosted by Cloudflare. Google receives an opaque, one-time custom-data token with the ad and sends a signed completion proof to the service. The recovery capability is not supplied to Google as a user ID. This integration does not send a player name, email or persistent player ID as custom data. The token is pseudonymous, not a guarantee that all advertising or network activity is anonymous.

The service verifies the proof, prevents duplicate reward claims and helps recover a reward interrupted by an app restart. The game determines and saves the gameplay reward locally. The service does not create an account, store an online wallet or upload a full game save.

Receipt records include random offer/attempt references, game and package context, reward placement and ad unit, custom-data token, hashes of request/recovery and ad transaction/proof information, processing state, and issuance, expiry, verification and acknowledgment times. The database does not store player names, emails, wallet balances, payment details, raw signed callback URLs or raw IP addresses. Cloudflare still receives network addresses and request information to deliver and secure HTTPS traffic. Transient rate-limiting keys use hashed network addresses and recovery credentials; this is processing of network information, even though raw addresses are not kept in the receipt database. Worker request logging is disabled for the configured verification service. Provider operational/security records are separate.

Pending attempts become eligible for removal seven days after issuance. Verified or applied attempts and their associated proof records become eligible ninety days after issuance. The shared service uses bounded hourly cleanup that continues when new reward processing is disabled. Aggregate overdue counts support maintenance. These are removal targets: outages and bounded cleanup can delay deletion. Cloudflare’s free database recovery history can retain previous database states for up to seven additional days after deletion. Provider operational records follow the applicable provider arrangements.

Local offer, recovery and reward-delivery records support restart recovery and prevention of duplicate rewards. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may remove the private recovery information, which can prevent recovery of an unfinished reward. It does not erase remote receipts or provider records. This is not account-based restoration.

To request access, correction or deletion of information Currenture holds, contact support@currenture.com, identify Scrap Circuit, and describe the issue. We may need a proportionate, secure way to locate a pseudonymous receipt; an email address alone does not identify it. Do not email recovery capabilities, passwords, raw purchase tokens or payment details. We explain any applicable verification need or lawful retention exception. See data-deletion instructions.

Google-connected purchases and restoration

When connected purchases are available, you can explicitly connect a Google account in the Workshop. Core gameplay and your existing local wallet do not require this connection. Google authenticates your chosen account; Currenture does not ask for your Google password. Disconnecting ends the app’s use of that connection and does not refund purchases or erase hosted records.

For receipt verification, Currenture’s purchase service receives a Google identity assertion, the stable account identifier validated from it, a game-generated local profile identifier, product identifiers and purchase tokens, and offer, grant, restoration and deletion-request information. Currenture uses these to verify entitlement with Google Play, deliver a purchase once, restore permanent ownership, reconcile refunds and prevent receipt or bonus replay. The signed Google identity assertion can include profile information such as a name or email address. Our verification service uses it to validate the asserted identity and does not store those profile fields or the raw assertion in the receipt ledger. Google processes sign-in and store transactions under its own policies. Currenture does not receive your payment-card details from Google Play.

Cloudflare runs the purchase service and receipt ledger. Requests also provide network information; the service uses request IP information for abuse limits. The service’s account binding and transaction processing is separate from advertising and optional gameplay analytics. HTTPS protects transport. Purchase verification does not upload your rig layout or maintain a server copy of your remaining scrap and tool balances. Restoring permanent ownership does not refill spent consumables or restore exclusively local progress.

Purchase-data deletion

When the purchase service is enabled, use its in-game account-data deletion control or the authenticated deletion route linked from the Scrap Circuit data-deletion page. Deletion requires the same Google identity and a separate confirmation; starting or canceling the flow does not delete data. If delivery is interrupted, the app checks the request’s status before treating deletion as complete. Contact support for assistance without emailing purchase tokens or credentials.

Confirmed deletion removes account-linked raw account/profile identifiers, purchase tokens, offers, receipt grants and restoration records from the active purchase ledger. It retains keyed account/profile markers, token-derived receipt identifiers and minimal product/finalization/revocation/once-only records needed to prevent replay or a repeated one-time bonus. These are pseudonymous records, not anonymous data. They do not retain the raw token or account name, but the same account and a valid store proof can be associated with the safeguards. Permanent ownership can subsequently be restored only through a fresh valid Google Play proof; deleted receipts never redeliver consumable balances.

The purchase implementation makes short-lived deletion confirmations and expired or abandoned offers eligible for cleanup after 30 days. Cleanup uses bounded batches; service availability and backlog can delay completion. Replay safeguards have no automatic expiry in the present implementation. Currenture must limit retained safeguards to their documented anti-fraud purpose and review their continued necessity. Provider backups and Google’s own account/payment records are governed by their separate controls; deleting Currenture purchase data is not deletion of your Google account or store payment history.

Audience

Scrap Circuit is intended for ages 13 and older. Intended 13+ targeting does not establish adulthood. Unknown age receives conservative restricted advertising treatment, with applicable teen and privacy protections. Ads remain subject to consent, availability and the actual purchased remove-ads scope. This does not remove protections for children or other minors or establish a player’s contractual capacity. Ad-enabled features must apply the age-appropriate advertising, parental authorization and privacy requirements that apply to the player and the game’s actual audience. Advertising and parental privacy choices are separate from accepting game Terms. Contact support if you believe information from a child or other underage person has been handled improperly.

Support correspondence

If you contact Currenture, we receive your email address, message, attachments and the device, game-version or transaction information you choose to include. We use this information to answer your request, investigate problems, deliver requested support and handle complaints or legal obligations. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents. The game does not automatically attach a save or an agreement receipt to an email.

Support email is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google-hosted mailbox. These providers process correspondence as necessary to deliver and operate their services. Information is available to people authorized to handle Currenture support and to the providers needed for that work. We may disclose relevant information when required by law or necessary to address a security incident, fraud or a legal claim. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for targeted advertising.

Website visits

Cloudflare hosts and protects currenture.com. A website request provides connection and request information, including an IP address, requested page, browser/request details and timing information, to Cloudflare for delivery, security and service operation. This is separate from information stored inside a game. Currenture.com has no advertising scripts, analytics scripts, contact form, newsletter signup or account registration. Email links open your email application.

Our hosting and email providers have their own operational records and policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. Visiting another site or using a store involves that provider’s services.

Retention and deletion

We retain support information while needed to resolve the request, provide related follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. Information necessary for an unresolved dispute, security investigation or legal claim may be retained for that purpose. When those purposes no longer require the information, we delete or minimize it. The appropriate period depends on the request, the records involved and applicable recordkeeping or limitation requirements; a routine support message does not automatically become a permanent game record.

Hosting and email providers may retain operational records and backup copies under their applicable arrangements. Removing a message from the active mailbox does not promise immediate removal from every provider backup. Contact us if you need information about a particular record or a deletion request.

Your rights and requests

Email support@currenture.com to ask about information Currenture holds or to request access, correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, review or appeal of a response, and a complaint to a competent privacy authority. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain a lawful exception or extension. Exercising a privacy right does not result in unlawful discrimination.

We use verification proportionate to the request, normally the existing correspondence or transaction context. We do not routinely require an identity document. Information held only on your device must be managed through the game or device controls; information independently held by a platform may require that provider’s controls. We cannot identify or erase a local save that has never been supplied to us.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, requested support and services may involve performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract; legal compliance involves applicable legal obligations; responding to correspondence and protecting services involves legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Processing that requires consent needs that consent separately. This privacy notice and game Terms are not blanket consent to tracking.

International processing and security

Our hosting and email providers operate internationally, including in the United States. The laws where information is processed can differ from those where you live. Applicable restrictions and safeguards for international transfers continue to apply. Contact support for information about processing locations, applicable provider arrangements and your rights; this notice does not claim a particular certification or regional representative that has not been established.

We limit support access to authorized people, use HTTPS for our public website and avoid requesting unnecessary sensitive information. Android supplies app-storage controls for local game files. These measures are not a promise that every save is encrypted or that any system is completely secure. Email is not a suitable way to send passwords or payment-card details.
